For approved claims, Xodralinswyx will reprint your order at no additional cost. Reprinted orders will be produced and shipped using the same specifications as your original order.
Reprint turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days from approval.
Refunds are issued only when a reprint is not possible or preferred. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
By approving your digital proof, you confirm that all design elements, text, colors, and specifications are correct. Xodralinswyx is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
Please review proofs carefully before approval. We recommend checking spelling, contact information, and design alignment.
If your cards arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and damaged cards. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment.
Custom-designed cards with unique specifications are subject to the same return policy. However, due to the personalized nature of these orders, we encourage extra attention during the proof approval stage.
