By accessing xodralinswyx.world or using our card printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Xodralinswyx provides custom business card printing services. We reserve the right to refuse service, modify pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Any cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of order placement.
You are responsible for providing print-ready designs or working with our design team to create them. Digital proofs will be provided for approval before printing. Once approved, Xodralinswyx is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.
You warrant that you own or have permission to use all content, including logos, images, and text, provided for printing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Xodralinswyx is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We stand behind the quality of our printing. If you receive defective cards due to printing errors, we will reprint your order at no charge. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Color variations of up to 10% from digital proofs are considered normal due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.
All content on xodralinswyx.world, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Xodralinswyx and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Xodralinswyx's liability is limited to the cost of reprinting defective cards or refunding the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
